50 kW solar roof installation opportunity
The tender starts on 9/1/2023 and finishes on the 20/1/2023.
The opportunity involves the installation of roof mounted solar panels for Churchill Investments plc at their offices in Winscombe North Somerset.
Project
The project involves installing 46 roof mounted solar panels at the company’s offices at 9 Woodborough Rd, Winscombe BS25 1AB. Also, battery storage is required, three phase inverters, supply to new car charging location and smart EV charger. Scaffolding will be required.
Specifications
Open to discussion but current specification:
- installation of4No solar arrays comprising of 46No 370 watt Monocrystalline all black solar photovoltaic panels.
- D/C supplied to carport array.
- Installation of 10 kW three phase inverter.
- Installation of new renewables three phase distribution board in upstairs office cupboard.
- Supply to inverter from new local distribution board.
- Access equipment including permit for local scaffolding contractor.
- Hybrid inverter and 10 kW battery storage.
- Supply and fit 22 kW three phase smart EV charger.
- Install 80A three phase supply to new car charging location allowing additional load for future provisions.
Tender Timelines
9 AM 9th of January 2023 – 5 PM 20th of January 2023.
There is a strict stipulation that the works need to be completed by 31 May 2023.
